All orders will be personalized, packaged and shipped from our logistics headquarters in Italy.
The choice of courier may change at the sole discretion of Pozzo Serpi.
The shipping cost is €9.90.
This cost may be subject to change depending on the conditions imposed by the courier.
In any case, shipping costs are communicated to the customer before final acceptance of the order and in any case before making payment.
Delivery time in Italy is estimated at 2-4 working days. The times indicated are not exhaustive and depend exclusively on the courier.
ATTENTION! In some periods of increased transit, delivery may take longer.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
If the delivery address has not been correctly indicated by the customer, the orders sent are automatically returned to the sender. Pozzo Serpi does NOT assume responsibility for the time it may take for the return and does not bear the cost of the second shipment.
Please check that the delivery address is as precise and detailed as possible. The surname indicated must be present on the doorbell. In case of very long addresses or specific needs, put a note in the "comments" space.
Posting notifications
The working day following the shipment of each package, we will notify you by email of the shipment tracking number. After 3 working days from paying for your order, if you have not received the shipping notification, contact us.
Please take care to check on the courier's website where your package is located. Often couriers do not leave a notice and the package remains in storage, available for collection at the usual postal center. When the stock expires, the package will be returned to us.
Pozzo Serpi, offering the tools to track the shipment, declines responsibility in the event of returns due to expiry of storage times, unavailability of the recipient, incorrect addresses.
By accepting the terms of purchase, the customer undertakes to pay the costs of re-sending packages that are not delivered due to the causes attributable to him, mentioned above.
Orders are shipped when the payment is actually credited and identified.
