Azienda Agricola Pozzo Serpi - La mandorla dal cuore dolce.
La Garibaldina è una varietà antica di mandorla appartenente alla specie Prunus Amygdalus, originaria della tradizione agricola pugliese.
Una cultivar quasi scomparsa nel tempo, selezionata per resa e dimensioni inferiori rispetto ad altre varietà più produttive, ma capace di esprimere un profilo aromatico unico.
Negli uliveti dell’azienda Pozzo Serpi è stato individuato un esemplare di questa varietà. Da lì, grazie alla collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Agraria dell’Università degli Studi di Bari è iniziato un lavoro di recupero, selezione e valorizzazione.
Le mandorle vengono raccolte, essiccate naturalmente e lavorate nel rispetto della materia prima.
Il risultato è un prodotto raro, difficile da reperire, che richiama alla memoria il sapore originario di una mandorla quasi del tutto perduta.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
If the delivery address has not been correctly indicated by the customer, the orders sent are automatically returned to the sender. Pozzo Serpi does NOT assume responsibility for the time it may take for the return and does not bear the cost of the second shipment.
Please check that the delivery address is as precise and detailed as possible. The surname indicated must be present on the doorbell. In case of very long addresses or specific needs, put a note in the "comments" space.
Posting notifications
The working day following the shipment of each package, we will notify you by email of the shipment tracking number. After 3 working days from paying for your order, if you have not received the shipping notification, contact us.
Please take care to check on the courier's website where your package is located. Often couriers do not leave a notice and the package remains in storage, available for collection at the usual postal center. When the stock expires, the package will be returned to us.
Pozzo Serpi, offering the tools to track the shipment, declines responsibility in the event of returns due to expiry of storage times, unavailability of the recipient, incorrect addresses.
By accepting the terms of purchase, the customer undertakes to pay the costs of re-sending packages that are not delivered due to the causes attributable to him, mentioned above.
